As a leadership consultant, Marcy assesses organizational “structures, systems and people” and creates achievable work plans. Focused on leadership, she is recognized in the United States and Canada for her work with executives, professional teams and boards of trustees.

For more than 25 years, Marcy has been appreciated by her clients as a “strategist.” Her passion for her work and the work of her clients is evident from the first contact.

Marcy has worked as a consultant and coach in private, public, for-profit and nonprofit markets. From succession planning to onboarding, clients’ transitions are supported at all levels. Marcy's services also include the creation of strategic business plans, facilitation of meetings and retreats, development of management teams and training in nonprofit governance.

Marcy holds a master’s degree in management and a degree in mental health. It is this combination of business acumen and emotional intelligence that enables Marcy to support clients from initial assessment to project completion.

Marcy is also honored to serve as a DRG Search Coaching Partner, where she insures that their shared clients receive high quality support and transition skills as they begin their new professional roles.
